Yes, I'm an Insurance Geek!

Michelle began her insurance career in 1999 and became an agent/agency owner of Waterman-Neely Insurance Professionals in 2003. Her main goal is to help educate clients so they can make the best decisions about their insurance needs. She has been involved with numerous organizations over the years donating time to the community volunteering with youth soccer as a coach and registrar, girl scout troops, Chatham Chamber of Commerce Sweetcorn Festival and Homecoming ticket sales, and is very active with her church, South Side Christian Church. Off the clock, Michelle, and her husband Matt, enjoy golfing, movies, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, spending time with family - daughters, Kara, Kristen, granddaughter Khloe - and traveling anywhere with a warm beach and an ocean view!

Embarrassing Moment: Walking through White Oaks Mall at Christmas, I decided to step over the red roping. Instead I tripped and fell. My husband was with me and he came over and pretending not to know me, said, “Ma’am, can I help you up?”
